The 11S performed well when we tested it on bare floors, a medium carpet and cat hair. It did not perform well on carpets with high piles and had a tougher time when dealing with heavier debris such as kitty-litter and cereal. However, it still performed better than most of its competitors. It also was able to climb over low-lying obstructions such as cords, easily and did an excellent job of keeping pet hair from sticking to the brushes and wheels.
We noticed that the 11S did not do well with dog hair as other models, but the amount was still significantly lower than other models in our tests. The 11S also has some limitations, for instance, it isn't able to be scheduled and having a limited range of voice commands, however these aren't a major issue.
We recommend you take a look at other robot vacuums that come with more advanced features. For example the iRobot Roomba 960 is better-built and easier to maintain. It has a bigger dirt storage compartment and a faster charge time, as well as intelligent pathing and superior performance on all surfaces than the eufy. In addition to that, the T10+ comes with a self-emptying dust container and a dock that automatically cleans and dry mopping pads to prevent the buildup of bacteria. It also has a powerful 8,000Pa of suction and is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control. It's also the priciest robotvac we have, but it's an excellent choice for large homes with a lot of carpeted areas.
Some robot vacuums have more features than others. Certain robot vacuums let you customize your cleaning schedule and decide which rooms to clean.
